Gregory Jumbeck was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 2003 and has since focused his practice in the area of domestic relations. Gregory has centralized his practice to Will and Grundy Counties as well as the appellate courts in Illinois. Mr. Jumbeck has tried numerous pre and post-decree cases including child custody (also known as allocation of parental responsibilities), removal from Illinois, business valuation, child support, and maintenance. Gregory’s focus on reaching a favorable and equitable result for all parties involved, coupled with his courtroom presence makes him an effective litigator both in and out of the courtroom.

Mikal Stole has quickly become one of the more prominent family law attorneys in the Will, and Grundy County courthouses. Mikal has successfully represented clients with complex cases involving high net worth estates, child custody disputes (allocation of parental responsibilities), and divorces involving business interests, while also efficiently handling routine matters. Mikal’s skill set in family law matters is extremely broad. Not only is he a knowledgeable litigator, Mikal has also found success in writing appellate court briefs on family law matters and is frequently appointed as Guardian ad Litem, serving as the court’s witness in child custody.

Tim Reeb, as a partner at Reich, Jumbeck, Stole & Reeb, LLP, concentrates in all areas of family law and divorce, including helping clients successfully resolve complex financial issues, and helping resolve issues concerning child custody and parenting time.  In addition to representing divorcing clients, Tim represents clients in post-divorce litigation, parentage cases, adoptions, and family law appeals.  While Tim’s aim is to resolve his cases prior to proceeding to trial (whenever the same is in his client’s best interest), Tim has a proven track record in obtaining successful resolves for his client’s in a wide array of complicated divorce trials. Prior to law school, Tim gained a great deal of experience in the financial and business worlds, and is often able to apply the knowledge he gained through those experiences to the benefit of his clients.  Tim is regularly appointed by judges as a Guardian Ad Litem, and is also regularly appointed as a mediator in cases where parents are unable to reach agreement as to parenting time and decision-making relative to their children.  Tim also mediates cases where divorcing, or divorced, parties are unable to resolve complicated financial disputes.

Michael Hornback is a long-time area resident, growing up in Frankfort and attending Lincoln-Way Community High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Juris Doctorate from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. He is currently an MBA candidate attending the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Prior to law school, Michael worked in retail banking management and financial planning before starting a small business in the high-performance automotive industry.

Laura I. Miroballi grew up in Orland Park and graduated from Carl Sandburg High School. Thereafter, Laura went on to graduate from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and minor in Economics. During her time as an undergraduate, she was actively involved in residence hall government, a member of the Honors College and worked multiple jobs at once to pay for her education. Laura moved back to Illinois and began residing in Will County. Laura went on to receive her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois in 2007. During law school she was an active member of Phi Alpha Delta and the Brehon Society. Laura completed a judicial externship for a Judge in Pinellas County, Florida who was on the family court call.
